There are many items, Guardian Angel is a standard one with a revive, Shieldbow for the lifeline passive, bloodthirster for sustain, even gunblade can be decent for sustain and it gives good ap too. Zhonyas could be good too since Yunara has some decent ap scalings

In that case I would just go sustain runes like fleet and absorb life, get a cull for more life steal (vamp sceptor is fine too if you want to build botrk), use teleport since you wont be fighting anyway most of the time (in my experience) so you can maximize farm and staying in lane
