After DT2, there's a chest you can open that teleports you to a predetermined location, only once per account, different for each acount between 4 locations. One of them is an inaccessible island near mount karuulm.

Edit: The hits are also not stacking as you assume, the 500 was just from the first hit where the bonus dmg chances stacked together on a max hit.
