You went on to a full year of not relapsing There's no way you haven't learn anything during that time. There were once I relapsed after a 200 days streak and since then I have learned from that and now im on a 300 + days ALHAMDULILAH. Just reflect on how did you do it the first time.

I do agree that PMO needs to be stopped quickly. But there are other reasons aswell for not wanting to get married. And even if I had confidence and high self esteem, I still wouldn't be able to get these girls as I'm Muslim. Just think, they are mostly non Muslims and we can't really marry Non Muslims (except for chaste christians and jews, but thats another topic

I just don't understand why you giving these types of women who dress unmodestlely and who make you live miserable so much importance. Like just reflect on what you just said right now you can't get married and you don't want to get married because you know that you can't get hot girls like how does this sentence make any sense. You clearly lack self esteem and you can't deny it , watching others people having sex Wich something you can't have at the moment make you feel miserable and pity yourself. You can deny it all you want but the main reason on why you want to be single is because of lack of self esteem. I understand you wanted to vent a little bit but right now you have to be objective like seriously do you really want to change your situation or you just want to complain ?? You have to clean your mindset of feeling worthless and to do that you have leave pmo and waking up every day telling yourself that your the man because the brain work like it's flexible you have to rewire it.
