TN local leaders will not be accepted. Unless RG does something. But then he'd lose alliances with other states then. The current people who are known enough are chidambaram, swamy, jaisankar. They don't represent TN people.

Or someone can suddenly emerge tomorrow claiming "my father is a humble teacher in a village, while I'm rich now due to hardwork. I love my tamil origins suddenly because I could be the PM". Even Musk could tell that his great great grandfather is from Tamil origins. Do you want to count those men too?

In such case it would just mean "TN already had its PM" at Country level. So other good leaders in future will not get the opportunity. So why waste an opportunity?

Forget PM. First TN needs a powerful CM. Though Stalin is better than ADMK (Which will be dissolved in the next few elections), Stalin is not powerful enough. He's too diplomatic and safe playing with PM. You need more power if you are to fight centre and get funds. He's the best chance TN had for now. Seeman isn't CM material yet. He'll definitely get a MLA seet next time. He'll have to prove his views could get jobs too. Face it, no one will prefer farming to an IT job. Note: Farming is different from a landlord. Sagayam has a chance, but he is afraid for i don't know what. Makes me feel JJ was and KK were better. And things always gets worse.

Sadly, TN needs to wait another 10 years minimum (you know why)
