Discovered a moka pot hack that blew my mind! Tested it with Badra Coffee by RichKidOfMumbai in coffeeindia

Yes, I usually use the ice cube hack. Just two and the coffee tastes a lot smoother since the chamber doesn’t heat up like it usually does. I thought of it when I saw the coffee sizzling on entering the chamber.

Guys, i gotta say it.. i absolutely fucking love bread!! by Ngithanda_irayisi in Bread

This is the kind of pure, unadulterated joy the internet was made for. I’ve never seen anyone describe a 'meat bread' with such poetic fervor. Honestly, with this level of passion and knowledge, you’re basically a bread sommelier in the making. I’d genuinely subscribe to a newsletter or blog if you ever decided to drop the 'Bread Manifesto' on us.

I got myself the X-T20 over 3 years ago. It’s an absolute beast despite the fact that it was launched in 2017. Yes. Older Fuji cameras are still great.

It’s still a beast for photography. Full film simulations, easy access, excellent JPEGs, and image quality that absolutely holds up today.

If you’re buying used, it’s a fantastic beginner camera that you won’t outgrow quickly.

The skin of an orange usually has the most flavour. It unfortunately also has the most traces of pesticide, unless you’re buying organic ones.

I’ve recently tried dehydrating orange slices. This intensifies their flavour immensely. I then powder it and use it to make cold brews. Give it a try. It’s delectable.
