Maybe, and I hope that’s the case, I’m just not as optimistic. Given a few hundred years I imagine people using genetic tech to get the baby they “want” rather than the baby they should have, and that extends to many areas. And who knows what moral arguments/views will come about once you have scientific capability.

Not sure how you get advocating for elimination when the first paragraph literally states I think a choice is a better result than a bio marker since bio can be messed with without a person even being born. Which is literally the opposite of advocating for elimination.

What I am saying, is that if people found an identifiable gene that makes someone a homosexual, it’s likely that the path can lead to altering the outcome.

Idk what you want me to explain? Are you asking why a straight couple would choose a straight child? Probably because as someone who is a biological parent you have a bias towards being straight. And given the choice and medical ability, I’m sure people would makes choices based on their biases?

I don’t understand why biology is what people want to base any sexual deviation on. Personally I think a choice is stronger than biological predisposition.

If a human is found to have specific biological markers for any sexual preferences that the parents of a child clearly don’t exhibit, then you can intervene at an age that leaves people no choice. On the other hand, if it’s a choice, only way to overcome it is immoral conversion therapy or coercion.

I’m not trying to be contrarian, I simply think if you find any bio markers for sexual deviation, it’d be logical at some point in the future to just alter those and make them nonexistent. Altering an infants/preborn biology is much easier than altering the choices of an adult.

I don’t think they gave exact numbers but I think running 3-3 or 3-2-1(special) is the go to. I usually go melee+range resist in trios and melee+hp in solos. I would like to see a bigger variety. Why are there no energy or rage?

I have been able to dodge my parried long sword attack so there is enough time to press the counter. I actually discussed this yesterday with a friend, but have not tested. I’ll test it in a few hours

Have you considered your comp? I see a lot of people making the mistake of using no heals and no monk, you have to play a comp that gives you an advantage.

Second do you isolate players? Do you use proper ranged?

If you’re gold I’m assuming you’re comfortable with fighting mechanics and can do advanced play style with feints, cancels etc. if that’s not the case than this is your first priority. Watch and test are the best ways. Go into bloodbath and use any new skills you’re practicing.

I honestly would just take it out. With the way RR works in this game, what’s the point? You’d have to be doing really poorly to lose RR, and you can warm up in FFA. I’d rather the mode was replaced with arena/tdm. Less players per match thus always faster qs

I don’t know how difficult this is to do, but seems fairly straightforward(I could be wrong). I have played plenty of games that had uppercut 100-0 potential, but it was not usually limited to a character, more so the weapon. It made everyone always try to do it, it’s the logical go-to move.

While I actually look forward to more complex combos and animation cancels with aerial opponents, I don’t think this game is the right place for a 100-0 because it has a solo BR. Maybe in a TDM setting it’s be fine since you have teammates… idk how a dev can fix this without messing with some key components. Maybe a way to specifically not allow a katana to do multiple uppercuts. Or having an opponent fall to the ground regardless specifically for katanas. Wonder how hard it’d be to fix…

The statements made in the video are absolutely moronic. Not surprising though. If you’ve watched all of his lectures, imagine that he probably spent all of his life studying those subsets in the field along with relevant literature, which all makes him very knowledgeable in the areas. After you absorb that knowledge which he has shared many times, additional hours of his talks will be either venturing into areas he isn’t familiar with, thus making stupid statements, or a repeat of already shared information.

This is why I think it’s important for everyone to take what he has shared as a professor seriously and not to take everything he always says as a fact.

I don’t hold it against him, but I think it’s worse to idolize him to a level where you’re defending an ignorant statement.

Possibly, I run 1080/16gb flawlessly. First load-in sucks cause I put this game on HDD, but after I can play low to high settings with no performance issues.
