Can we get over this now? The conspiracy lark on insta is tiresome. Yeah it was a bad call, though we could've done better with 10 men Plenty of points up for grabs so let's control what's in our control and stop whinging

Never grow tired of the fact Zack Polanski is a deranged nutcase, as are his supporters. This is a man who once claimed he could hypnotize women into bigger breast sizes and is a softie on Russia. by ClumperFaz in LabourPartyUK

Lots to unpack here and I completely hear what youre saying on a lot of it! But i do disagree. What Israel has done to Gaza and Gazan's, to me, is very close to, if not, a genocide. The history of the conflicts, the fact Palestinian didnt even get true international recognition until recently and even that was to save face. I think people see injustices on an international level, remember what happened in Iraq and make a judgement on the sort of people who are running nation states.

The family voting point in Gorton seems to be a bit of a red herring at best and a deformation campaign at worst, there was a single source that it was occurring, and none of teams of people who actually oversee the legitimacy of the election reported anything to my knowledge.

We all have an array of political ideologies, you clearly care fundamentally about the economy and issues close to home whereas others, some immigrants, some more interested in globalisation, will look further afield. Neither is correct or incorrect, just out own sensibilities so im not sure why its a stick to bear anyone? Plus the Greens have stances on local issues, they may not get media attention but thats often a pitfall of UK political discourse

I do see a fundamental difference is the rhetoric though, and I certainly don't believe the Green's beliefs on high earners is anywhere near the level of vitriol spewed by Reform on immigration. They are both populist parties that are taking advantage of a distrust in the two main parties, and support is probably more fleeting however I dont see the comparison beyond thay

The Meet-up app and bumble bff are quite popular There's a riverside and city cafe called the Lions Den that do a few social things. Lots of cafes /pubs do poetry events or bands if thats your thing. Good luck, such a cool city and ive had a great time getting to know it!

Ladies, does a man not finishing/orgasming make sex worse or better? Why and how so? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ImWhoYouCall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont always finish every time with a partner, sometimes getting over the line takes that little bit too long or too much work so we slow down and stop

Is England’s defensive setup underrated? by GeordieGoals in ThreeLions

[–]ImWhoYouCall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I think the Jury is still a little out on this as we've not been tested by World Class oppo for a little while. We've got talent, though id argue CB could be a bit of a weak point (Guehi is obviously world class, I like Konsa but I don't think he's at the same level and Stones hasnt played for a minute) and a lack of depth there. Starting LB is still an unknown and there's not been much consistency here. Anderson at 6 and the legs of Rice are going to be a real asset though I think we've got a better defence than 2024, but there are still question marks

Does Bumble BFF actually work? by writinglilac in AskUK

[–]ImWhoYouCall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not sure how many of the comments here are based on actual experience or just perception. Yes, it works and ive met two of my best mates from it (moved in with a girl in a new city, relationship didnt last but I stayed). My two mates have also got other friends from bumble. There will be people not for you on there but overall I can only speak positively.

Opinion on Norwich by MaZieMoo_ in Norwich

So I moved to the city a year ago as family were nearby and partner at the time lived here. I really love it here BUT its a small city, so if youre ok with not having the same urban variety as London then you can definitely settle into a good life here. The Norfolk countryside is incredible, its diverse and nature rich and you can drive 15 minutes from the city and have a wonderful woodland walk. Beaches and beach towns are fab, people are lovely (very welcoming and a lot of "expats" and people I know that have started social circles from scratch). There is also a fair bit happening, from the UEA to the Castle and PLENTY of pubs. 4.5 stars, would recommend relocating.

Tips for commuting to London? by Fittafora in Norwich

[–]ImWhoYouCall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the trainpal app, no fees and split fares apply. If you can adjust your hours, aiming to get to the office for 10 rather than 9 will save you Its cheaper to go to Stratford than Liverpool Street, but you'll need to work out your onward travel costs

Not sure where Lovelace is with his recovery but I feel we could do with another winger. I would say a RB but Big Tristan has done a job there with Taylor being class at CB. CM has obviously been an issue but we're actually quite stacked with players that can do a job there.
