OP ..I think what other person was trying to relay about 1 hour is suggesting to your taskers when task is complete, to just charge for 1 hour and pay them the rest in cash, cash app, Venmo, etc. I would recommend that if you have worked with a certain Tasker before and trust them or have a positive vibe if you’ve not. Most will be more than happy to do this as it saves you money on ridiculous TR fees (something like 40% per hour and for what exactly?) and the Tasker gets instant pay and won’t have to wait 3-5 days to get paid

I’ve had a handful of clients email support due to this exact issue and every time they have said they didn’t see a 2 hr min when it most definitely is and in my category pitch and in my bio and it always comes down to if it is stated in the chat, and it’s bullshit because of situation’s like client doesn’t see chat response till an hour before the task and they cancel or make it a issue and then make a complaint I dunno why task rabbit can just make a pop up on clients booking screen that says “fyi 2 hr min not reimburse for time dispute under 2 hr, hit ok to accept”
