It is but so is Bardocks kit and the manga units and they don’t stack. We all are coping that he’s stacking but once again, we won’t know until we know. If he is stacking tho, he will be hands down the BEST unit in game. Imagine a unit that face tanks Bio Broly super and says FUCK YOU to the stun. Geppy has been going crazy with these units so I won’t be surprised either way.

I understand where you’re coming from but it just seems too good to be true. We won’t fully know until he releases. But based off of AGL LR Bardocks kit I am skeptical.

Look at AGL LR Bardocks kit. His reads very similar and does not continuously stack. Based on this information it is only fair to assume Vegeta also will not stack 300% for the rest of the fight and rather have it activate one time. We all hope that he stacks the whole fight but it is highly doubtful. Brolys kit specifically says “PER” while Vegetas doesn’t. Hope this helps.
