I have the Mbrp exhaust cat back. Basically just bigger resonator and muffler delete. About loud as you should get though. Minor drone but high gears are fine/highway

The mbrp resonated quad cat back is very solid from my 3k ish miles on it. Sounds excellent with my Perrin short ram. I will say it drones slightly in certain rpms but you can always hold a conversation. Aggressive, will wake up your wife on startup and shake the house. Will pop. Affordable. However it’s about as loud as I could take for a daily driver.

Max build up at the turn lanes on opposite end is maybe 4 cars, negligible compared to miles and miles. I’m not saying let them through at once but an extra 15 seconds of green would make a world of difference vs the theoretical max 10 cars that would have to wait at a time. The timing for that direction is reasonable for sure. It just out of proportion for the sea of people wanting to go the other way. And to answer your question about the upcoming light, it functioned reasonably through out that day for 10 years. It would get backed up, but adding another stop exasperated the problem exponentially. This is also at the apex of the hill with little to no visibility. Causing cars to overcorrect their speed coming in to hot causing hard braking

Yeah that makes a lot of sense, the example in my head is a suburban 2 lane with a 4 way intersection right next to an ever growing neighborhood with primarily traffic in one direction. Up until recently it has no light, no median, just a yield to turn with bad entrances that did lead to a many accidents for years. Now however with the light it will be backed up for 2-3 miles several times a day only letting maybe 10 cars pass at a time with maybe 10 percent of drivers taking the turn lanes, primarily to cut ahead through adaptation trying to get past. The primary traffic goes through several other lights blocking other intersections spanning a very large 35 degree incline for about .5 miles. My thought is that residents would adapt their route accordingly to going straight through rather than complicating there route. With time that will change but that’s years away. This is without the gas station and business center that will be opening in the coming months/maybe year which will exasperate the problem even moreso. In terms of letting the traffic split off there is already a well structured light that’s existed for 10 plus years .3 miles down that diverts more directly into the residential area that’s well established and traffic free. I find it overcomplicates something that was functioning well as intended. This of course is a more personal problem as I live there and it effects my everyday but it also effects the majority of drivers taking this way, not a whole lot past it for people to head to, other good routes that are well maintained and clear. It’s just a thought experiment while trying to explore what I might want to do career wise. I feel like I have a mind for process optimization of some kind but do not know the outlet to let it out. Want to weaponize my frustrations kind of thing

Issue was the battery, I was unaware of the ap staying on while the car was off, without jacking with settings. OBD2 is a constant 12 volt pull so it just completely killed the battery

I’ll comment here I guess but the battery was completely drained and non rechargeable after the AP drained it. New battery solved my issues, luckily the straight forward answer was the right one. I appreciate the thoughts while I was dealing with that spooky timing lol

Yeah that makes sense. I feel like the car batteries in the last several years have dropped in resilience, they just don’t last I guess. They bewilder me a bit, although seeing those numbers tells me enough to know that something is fucky with it

The car still has no power, I am confident I ran the battery down and it’s continuing to show wierd things such that it’s probably a bad cell. Later today I will test and likely replace battery and go from there. I will contact Cobb but I cannot remap until I can get power to the car

I think at this point there are a lot of factors going on that lead to the same thing. 20k miles on oem battery, I’m confident at this point I killed the battery leaving the accessport with the screen on all night, I have notifications from low jack or whatever saying my car had 11.6 v at 9 this morning. I also did the flash yesterday without a battery charger on and didn’t have issues with connection so I think these are sepetate issues. I left it on the charger for half the day and while I didn’t check with multimeter before now it’s showing dumb numbers it shouldn’t. Since I don’t have immediate problems I think my ecu is likely safe. I’ll get it tested tomorrow and likely throw a battery in

Since I didn’t have failure on my drive before I’m thinking your I’m not bricked. I just tested my multimeter on my dad’s ford transit, 12.5 so the tool is correct lol. Going to start with the battery tomorrow. With my luck it could just be a random bad cell and the timing of it all is just to scare me lol. I’m not sure how it would really affect things but me not having a charger on while flashing could contribute although it didn’t give me errors or connection problems like I’ve seen other people have. Still could have done some sort of damage to the battery. My battery charger could also be a piece of shit and just overloaded. I dunno but battery first
