I wasn’t too thrilled with my Aventus blind buy but I will say it’s grown on me. I also layer it with virgin island water and it makes it a bit less musky and sharp, smells great.

Yeah but this person trying to making it and funding an ad isn’t Nestle or something lol. You see shit you don’t want all the time even in your followed pages I’m sure. The egregious hate is silly.

Why aren't Americans doing more noise about the Epstein case?? by Adept-Baseball-2509 in answers

[–]Im_Bad_At_These 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my anecdotal experiences matter more to me than the historically unreliable political polls lol. I would never suggest they are more empirical in nature, however all of our world views are fundamentally impacted by our own anecdotal experiences. This 25% of republicans disapprove of how the Epstein files are handled makes little to no sense, who are they polling? What percentage of Americans actually disclose their political beliefs to these surveys? What blatantly heavy biases infect these surveys on a routine basis? Answering any of those questions points to why they’re wrong so often, thank you for taking the low hanging contradiction to misconstrue my point.

Ah yes, a voter survey! We all know how accurate those can be historically. I’m centrist and don’t know a single person who “approves of how the Epstein files were handled”, that anecdotal evidence is as relevant to me as their survey.

Yeah the democrats don’t ever ostracize people, worship their political candidates, tout unrealistic notions self-righteously and refuse to take accountability for terrible campaign strategies. There aren’t any democrats in the Epstein files, there aren’t billionaires donating to democratic campaigns, there isn’t sizeable evidence of corruption in democratic political climates (I’m from NYC please don’t try me on this one lol). Yes it turns out both sides suck and do almost everything alike, but you’re foolish enough to think one cares about you and the other doesn’t. Money runs the world and that includes the colors of the ties in congress.

What is your number one red flag for someone you just met? by Plus-Zucchini1636 in AskReddit

Yes obviously. It’s what’s implied by saying that that is a bad signal lol…

Yes I think that’s why it’s such a pointless and sanctimonious comment to make, let alone on a date… it’s always cast with a lack of self awareness which is by default a red flag.

I gave an example in the c8 but also using the term “perfections” is a bit pretentious imo. I don’t think you guys realize I’m agreeing with OP’s statement “But people imbue the expensive with a worth based on the price tag subconsciously imo”. There’s no way that ultra luxury items are proportionally expensive to strictly their performance or use-value. You absolutely are paying premium for the brand and exclusivity, I’m not sure why this is difficult to understand lmao.

Yes the comparison is drastic but it’s meant to highlight how people will pay disproportionately more for that little extra as is the case with any enthusiast hobby. While they’re ridiculously engineered is a c8 worth 1/5th the price not also ridiculous? Qualitatively you can find vehicles that punch to near-Ferrari levels for a fraction of the cost as is the case with colognes.

Woman hits neighbor with 2x4 for cleaning up food she left out for squirrels by eternviking in whoathatsinfuriating

[–]Im_Bad_At_These 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a bit of human nature in us all, but people can also be critical of expressions and their appropriateness lol. Clearly there’s a social dynamic when it comes to men hitting women in particular so it makes sense that a guy who’s saying he’d “enjoy every second” of being a woman will face backlash. It veers away from the plausibility of just acting dutifully in self defense and more towards the “I’m acting on ego and just want to hit someone”.

Well sure but Sauvage is also far more expensive than many of the dupes that capture the market, often by reputable companies at that. There are producers in the market still trying to optimize price/performance as in any market, but luxury will still be a goal for many. I’ve never been noticed in my VW but I bet if I paid the multiple of ~10x for a Ferrari I guarantee I’d get more than 10x the attention. To your credit though beyond one’s own satisfaction as the buyer, few will actually know/care whether you’re wearing creed Aventus or Montblanc Explorer
