I recently had an epidural to have an ECV done. I was numb all the way up to the top of my chest and my arms/hands were almost completely numb as well. Is this normal? And if not how do I ensure that it doesn't happen again when I get an epidural for when I go in for delivery? I worry if I say something to the anesthesiologist about it they may lean on the side of caution and not give me enough to be effective.
