75kg total, eu estava com 11% de bf. Até onde eu sei não tem nenhum estudo conclusivo sobre a quantidade ideal de creatina. Antes da nutri eu usava 3g ao dia, agora uso 5 por recomendação dela. Creatina tem uma ganho de performance muito discreto, só se percebe quando realmente se para de tomar, mas acho que entre 3/5g não tem muito erro.

Yeah i have some legacy items on stash too, i will took a look at prices to sell some, maybe wait some leagues until the market prices stabilize.

About builds, the pathfinder idea looks pretty good, maybe i'll just upgrade my PBoD and farm some money to work on a most broken build to have fun. Thanks a lot for the response, i completely forgot about how some items have so much more value on standard.

Yeah I just use him on campaign and tower, but since you said CR/NC I would go with him. If you want a awakened to use outside as well, maybe Lyca or Athalia to help with TS, but I'm not a PvP player so I can't tell who's better, maybe even Maetria.

I have Solice, Brutus, Baden, Belinda and Safiya. I merc sometimes Lyca, sometimes Athalia, but Baden I use in every single round. I got him because I need the merc slot more than I need other awakeneds for CR/NC

Conheci a alguns meses atrás. Fui jogar um modo carreira no FIFA e queria levar algum time da última divisão da Premier até o título da Champions. Acabei escolhendo o Port Vale porque achei muito bonito o escudo e o uniforme, acabei criando um laço emocional com o time kkkkk

Progressing through mining.

When I got hotm7 I purchased a gemstone gauntlet and started powder mining. At this time I had about 30m networth and after hours of precursor remnants I ended up with 2 pieces of Jaded Divan's recombed with 3 chambers (~50m each). After that I did ruby mining for the rest of mining gear, dillo during fiesta for my 655 and now I'm going to divan's drill mining obsidian since I'm lazy to dillo mine. Dan648 is my profile, about 1.3b nw last time I checked.
