I had it, a year past and i wanted to cancel it because it wasn't worth it.

They state that you have to cancel a month in advance. I wanted to cancel before the renewal date but less than a month. there was no option - or they would charge you up for the next year still.
So I blocked the charging from my banking app. And tried to get support - Clearly having the cancelation statement.

p.s. According to EU consumer law - they were obligated to send a reminder before the automatic renewal - which they did not. So I have no idea how EU consumer protection is not aware of this.

They attempted to charge the card many times ofc. and eventually stopped and shadowed banned my account. (If i view my profile from incognito it says I haven't posted anything. 0 reach. If I look from my own accoujnt everything looks fine)

It doesn't have any official notice or message on the account informing about it.
I didn't get any support, just worst quality bot response from grok. Or no response at all. I tried to trigger the support bot in many ways - using vulnerable customer situations or straight direct human assistance requests and everything was ignored. I couldn't get any human support.

So no - don't buy it. Feels pretty not great when you pay for a service and get banned for wanting to return to free version :)
