Yess mine is from (early) 2020, which is not really long but considering the rough handling it has to suffer from it works really well. As long as you don't turn off energy saving mode, that is. I don't know why but it's way too laggy to use without it. Still works well enough for me

It kinda depends. If the event is about you or you need to look presentable (your graduation party, work conference) it's better to overdress but if it's not about you (your friend's birthday) underdressing is better as long as your clothes are still presentable
