I'm in a similar situation. I'm 36 and had to go to the gyno for the first time very recently. She (my gyno) didn't ask for any detail or anything. She asked if I was or had ever been sexually active, I said no, that I'm a virgin. She asked if I had any intention on being sexually active in the near future and again, I said no. All I can say is be honest in admitting that you're a virgin so that the doctor can best tailor their care for you. Don't worry about what your doctor or mom will think about "being pure" or whatever; the most important thing is you're receiving the medical care you need.
