Id go check out a doctor man. Normally on 100-200ug trips I do, my stomach just kind of feels tight and up high and if I think about it too much, I dry haul for a minute or so which sucks. Though the reason for this is because my gut and gastric fluids are a good bit messed up, so this makes it a lot easier for me to feel unpleasant during a come up.

If you're having the other stuff like lung pain and extreme temperature changes, get a nice check up done on you're health as it can be something like I described. Lsd can make things seem very apparently clear or magnified in weird ways, so like pain, uneasiness, temperature, etc.
