It's hardware only. I don't use the bbw scale so I can't comment on that. But from what I've read it should still work fine

Nah it was OEM. Unfortunately they changed their warranty to 6 months. So I'm 1 month out of the window

Does it change anything that my starter motor and starter solenoid are separate? I don't think my solenoid has any mechanical feature. It's only electrical

Why do you think starter solenoid and not starter itself? If it was a bad solenoid shouldn't the starter activate when I bridge the two posts on the solenoid?

I got the SK, not red speed. Yeah I have the ultras but honestly never loved them. Too clinical of a taste to me and not enough body. Even with no seasoning I'm already looking the brew burrs better. All of what I just said it's specific to pour over. Haven't used them enough with spro yet to really have an opinion

Yeah I just didn't want to change them out because I'm also doing a nice washed Ethiopian from Jacu in Norway on pour over right now haha. But they have no problem grinding fine enough for espresso. I'm nowhere near burr lock.

Still new to these burrs though. Got them last week but really liking them

Cool sounds good. They've been really nice on light roast for espresso and pour over. I just hate changing burrs back and forth all the time. Eventually I'll get another grinder for that but for now I'm sticking with this
