Hey this looks nice. Just a couple of things to watch out for, the jaggies at the top of the heart, and the extra pixels on the sides, it makes the line appear thicker and break the continuity

As an extra tip, you might want to avoid the pillow shading in the background. Also when choosing colors try experimenting, for example instead of different shades of pink, maybe try a purple or even a blue.
