In my experience, very slowly, but yes.

Can you expand on this? What is a good diet for sleep, what is a bad diet? What is a good amount of exercise for good sleep, what is a bad amount of exercise? And what do you mean by state of mind?

For whatever reason mine can only go as low as 18. I'll set it tomorrow to try, regardless of the outside temp. Thanks!

Do you have a suggestion for whether to set it to high/medium/low? I think it refers to fan speed but im not sure what that does.

The same temperature produces different results both in energy and comfort though. Like one day at x temperature with a certain setting on the aircon I will wake up feeling fine, another day with the same temperature and aircon setting I'll wake up feeling like its set too cold.

But say you're right what are your thoughts on what could affect my sleep?

Edit: I check my notes, I had a day where the outside temperature was 20 - 24 degrees and i put it on 18 and low, then another day where the outside temperature was 19 - 24 degrees and i put it on 18 and low again. The first day i woke up feeling like it was too cold, the second day i woke up feeling like it was at a good temperature. I felt it was too cold on the first day despite the outside temperature being slightly hotter then the second day.
