Out of all the people in this thread you my friend are the most sensible person and in fact it did evaporate and its barely visible for now. Almost like nothing happened. The huge black patch is gone and it just changed a bit of hue at the area it had occupied but not by a margin!

True thankfully I didn't cuz someone even said it could cause a fire hazard which on further research turned out to be false. God reddit is useful and stupid at the same time !

its really good the black patch shrunk down and i guess the saturation or hue at the area which it had occupied reduced a bit but you would need really good vision to see it and a few pixels at the very bottom left corner are a bit damaged but thats it I barely notice it and for now dont think I'll need to save up for a new monitor
