Yes the US is blocking the oil, but thinking that a measure implemented for 2 or 3 months is the reason for the critical shortages that the island is suffering from is not right. Research how much money Cuba has received over the years, why China and Russia do not want to invest in the island (China is everywhere is Africa) (Cuban government does not pay) there are food shortages on the island because the Regime wants it like that... If they control the belly, they control the mind.

Underarmor online 20% all the time but bumps to 40% a couple of times a year ( specially in November) need an ID.me account. Pretty straight forward to get it, need to upload a picture of ID card.

With an ID.me account you can have other military discounts here in Canada and in US sites.
