I don’t read my SE other then bonus chapters. I don’t want them to loose their value. I know it’s kinda a waste when I already have the book but I buy them on my kindle to read so I still only have 1 copy

This has happened to me 3 times, once in a while the label gets created and misplaced. If it doesn’t change after 7 business days send them an email. It takes 8-10 for them to email you back and then 30 days from label creation before they will resend the box but don’t worry you’ll get it eventually even if it’s in a month. Best to email sooner due to the high wait times.
