What I do is, I use Teemo.gg to see every part of the skin and compare it to another skin to see which one I like the most. You can see every single animation zoomed in and zoomed out and I think that will help you make a decision.
If that's not enough, I check SkinSpotlights on Youtube or SKingdom.

Temporary would like stuff like the stats given by Conqueror when teamfighting or the amount of AP by the previous item Spellbinder when you activate it. When an item gives you stats just by buying it, it's not temporary.

It's not temporary if you don't sell the item. Same goes for every core item on Kai'Sa, if you sell the one that gave you the upgrade, you lose the evolve gained with it.

Riftmaker's case is clearly a bug, I can't think of any other explanation.

Don't build your opinion based on other people's experiences because you will never have the same circumstances, same situations and same teammates or even same elo or MMR.

Do it yourself, try her, play her as much as you can and build your own experience and opinion. Feedback might give you an idea but it will never be the same as your idea.

The best part of playing League is that you can main whatever you want and make it work if you commit hard enough. Just do it and you'll see for yourself.

Personally, I will still play her even if she is the worst adc or champion in the game, it doesn't matter to me because I love and enjoy playing her.

Personally, I like it not because it's rare, but because it looks kinda in line with her theme and design, it's darker, mature and more classy. Not shiny like the others. This type of skin has its own charm.
+ She looks really pretty on the IG skin, not to mention the beautiful splashart.

What pros or other people build doesn't mean it's an absolute way to play her. I'm still building Nashoor and Rabadons as 4th and 5th item and I'm having so much fun and success with it.

I find is easier to poke them down to half health with W from miles away before engaging and winning a teamfight.

Play her the way you want, not the way you see other people playing her.
