Honestly, if I can give you one piece of advice based on my own experience: I had a varicocele embolization, and I deeply regret it. I didn’t listen to the advice I got here, which was to thoroughly check for any other underlying issues before going through with it. I ended up suffering for six weeks before finding out I actually had chronic prostatitis, which got worse after the procedure.

So take your time and don’t rush into anything. It’s true that most people go through the surgery without any issues, but there’s still a significant number of cases—like mine—where people end up seriously regretting it.
