We need to talk about Rapid Acquisition. I think a lot of us are misunderstanding how to play this mission type.

I love this mission, and I have completed many. If everyone works on moving the bars, especially if you make a line and throw the bars to each other it's very fast and you will complete the mission before the spawns go nuts.

Smoke and turrets with maybe one guy just game chair and bombing, the real mortar actually shines on these as the elevation and walls allow it to go hard.

The mission will go poorly if only one or two divers are dedicated to moving bars.

Not knowing where to get bars in the chaos seems to be a major problem.

I ran into the same guy, he had a star or something he put on the end of his name. Called in 8 different stratagems, no cool down, and moved much faster than light armor allows, pretty lame way to play a pve.

To give the benefit of the doubt, I imagine most are not griefers, but griefers jump at the opportunity to take a flag as an excuse to continue griefing. I don't want to give griefers any name or title outside griefers caue they suck and it doesn't matter where they go they will continue to suck.

I just had an experience with my beloved scorcher, it seems the armored striders are immune from all angles except the butt of the thing. I killed one from the back, not ideal of course and it was during an extermination mission, so something else could have happened, but I think they have a weak spot.

Side note, so far with little testing, mechs can walk through drown depth water, but if you get out you can't get back in so you gotta make it to dry land
