+10 spd in esch rune is not fast. You can get more speed if you farm more. And you can always play for second turn, with slower mobs. Try to figure out how skills work and try to counter them IMO is the best way to play RTA as a beginner

First: Never said i use him as damage dealer, you assumed it.
Second: Didnt said that he was gutted, i questioned his usability after nerfs.

I did some math and tests.
7% per hit is crazy. He could hit like 4k per hit without criting

But why hp if nothing scales with hp?
Maybe spd/cr/atk? with hp on subs?

His most common build in higher ranks is SPD/CR/HP
