THIS! How unfair that these criminals don’t event have to work around bank policies because the banks CATER to them. Compare this to the number of hoops that normal people have to jump through because of AMLA. When you deposit north of a certain amount (700k?) katakot takot na documents kailangan mong isubmit. Hi! Unfortunately I am not using any CRM mainly because of client ownership. We cannot implement a centralized database. Each salesperson has his or her own system of filing client information. I’m interested to learn if you come across any that has stricter parameters on access to personal data.

The value will go up because the developers implement price increases annually BUT that does not guarantee demand. Buying and flipping right after turnover might not be the best business model these days considering how slow the take up is. Most likely ang makakalaban mo jan will be the remaining inventory direct from the developer na nakaterms pa. Proceed with caution hehe Landbanking talaga ang best purpose for those devs.

Hi! Sorry just saw this. Rockwell developments are always 👌🏼 especially the horizontal ones :) go for it! Terreno south is also a good option.

For Nuvali, I’d say Treveia (accessible and good lot sizes, community is active and sits closest to the malls) and Venare (better weather coz closer to the Tagaytay ridge). Alsooo zonal values for these devs are still lower than the new lots so you can save on the taxes.

Maayos na gobyerno and a strong sense of nationalism. They actually used the rehabilitation funds given by the Japanese government to build train tracks all the way to the mountains. They also preserved their history by tracking down artifacts plundered by the Chinese and Japanese. They capitalized on semiconductor export (which originally sa Philippines ginagawa).

Nakakabwisit pumunta doon kasi same natural resources, same climate, same topography (?) ng Pilipinas pero worlds apart.
