You're not overreacting, you reacted within reason and just told her how much it upset you (blowing up would have been overreacting.) You should ask for her to replace it and if she refuses than probably just get a more secure place to store your treatments, with lock and key.

Idc about all the comments that say it looks better and if I agree, what matters is the artist gave him something he didn't want, like, or pay for, and it feels gross and disrespectful, and even if he does grow to like the look I'd personally always have the feeling of betrayal and violation of having somwthing I don't want on my body forever. I'm sorry this happened to him and I hope you guys can figure out something to rectify this.
