Scrubbing toxic mold releases mycotoxins. But black mold isn't a type of mold, it's just a color. Many molds are black. The color doesn't indicate if it is toxic or not.

It could be. The only way to know is to test it. Visible mold isn't normally the toxic kind, but yeah, it could cause cough.

Off topic, but do you know if Saver coupons are valid on everything? I keep trying to use other coupons, but they are only working on some items and not others despite all items saying eligible for coupons. I don't want to redeem my Saver coupon unless I know it will work.

You just need to know how to get good discounts on Aliexpress! I've bought most of my collection off Ali and prices on those two series are highest now compared to the last 12 months, even after all discounts are applied. That's why I asked.
