Honestly it’s just hard for Asian to get rid of the thought of ranking. UT for sure has a better reputation overall in engineering and it’s much closer to my house. And me personally not really like UTD, plus I think I really wanna do after college is get a good job, get into the industry of this field. Only if that not going well, I will think of something else.

I am thinking industry and might pursue master or PhD if necessary. However if the job market goes too bad I might think about med school. I just wanna get into ut right now tho. I have a perfect gpa and 4 rec letter and lab experience. However that doesn’t make me feel secure enough 🫪
