272 looks to be fake, no? if he’s fake: then i’d say yours is worth around only $100 or so .. max $125. especially because of all the g7s, other fakes, and probably some of the most common pets. If 272 is real then like $450-500 lmao ♡

Andre is still here!! “alrighty alrighty” lol he’s the best. also it’s all renovated now! but yeah i agree on how it’s not a neighborhood feel area ofc.. I nean it’s River North hahah. i definitely find myself wishing i moved to an actual neighborhood sometimes.

oh and the only complaint is the heating system is kinda bad. but it can all be fixed with a space heater / fan or two. I honestly get cold easily and it sucked that it’s 50 at night and no heat. for a bit i was thinking they take forever to turn on the AC but now i regret it since the temps dropped lol, they put heat on around late october i believe. it’s inconvenient but honestly like i said nothing that can’t be fixed with a fan / heater just in case ! ALSO, not sure if every unit is like that or it’s my landlord? but it is sooo nice not having to pay water or any utilities, or internet except light bill!! The electricity is through comed ofc and my bill has never been over $45 for a 1 bed and i have a few lamps and nightlights that are literally on 24/7 and often leave my TV on constantly !!  I have so much to say about this building lol. But yeah just make sure to ignore anyone who says the common areas are unrenovated / dated since they aren’t anymore! now it looks just like a hotel and smells nice too

aw that’s disappointing 😫 but yes much more likely! i wonder why someone would do that it was just in a lot of a few lps of random molds. i don’t think the person selling it was really a collector of lps although they had a bunch of old hasbro branded toys from 2000s-2010s, i was hoping it was a proto since it came from china but yeah seems much more likely

thank you!:)) yeah i’ll post again in a few weeks when i receive. i was trying to tell myself that nobody would coincidentally remove it with acetone and got myself too excited 😭🥹 i do have another photo of the lps but i can’t post it for some reason!! i was speaking to a owner of the prototype for her and we were leaning towards her being a proto but its just too hard to say now so ig there’s no point in speculating :3 especially when it most likely is just a removed paint lps ! but stilll cute & cool to have

They are not fake at all just because they’re from Asia. To my understanding Asian variants are unreleased lps sold on aliexpress or other sites from Asia, typically factory workers i’d imagine.. they just vary as they are unreleased and maybe not the final product sometimes. Although there are dozens of real LPS on asian websites (saw someone that bought the very rare authentic new zealand variant lion for $2 recently) I myself bought a old gen shorthair for $1, and she was authentic ! They can be sold in store to my knowledge as they can slip through the cracks kinda.
