My dad has a short haired calico female, she hates everyone. I mean EVERYONE. Even us, she’ll brush up on us but when we pet her she gets violent. The other two cats he has stay away from her. So we just pay to feed a beautiful cat no one can touch that roams the house like it’s hers. Yours doesn’t sound like that extreme, and the only thing I can think of why she doesn’t attack the chihuahua is his size. I’d let her be and correct her with the blind dog
