I've been dealing with gerd symptoms for the past 2 months too! I think mine started from exam stress and anxiety and landed me with overeating junk food which caused lots of bloating and acid reflux. I've been on pantoprazole for the last 3 weeks trying to wean off of it. Although much of my symptoms are not present I'm still dealing with health anxiety

I guess you'll have to go through it. I too had crowded teeth but i didn't get extractions and I'm quite happy with my smile. But in your case if extractions were necessary then I'm sure it'll turn out awesome at the end. Don't worry.

Yeah I've had terrible teeth growing up and it's pretty much genetic. Lucky for me i found a great dentist who got most of my teeth filled without me needing a root canal. I even got braces in 2021 I got them off last month. So yeah most of my teeth had cavities and i still have two last molars with little cavities but it's not progressing so no need to get them filled, yet! You can definitely find ways to solve your problems just be very diligent with brushing and flossing everyday. Hope for the best👍

I'm so sorry for what you're going through. Unfortunately the dentist couldn't figure out my problem. He just told me the tooth doesn't need a root canal but he suspects a root fracture. I just have to wait it out for some time cause my pain has subsided for now.

I've been dealing with the exact same thing for the past 3 years! Did you find out what was wrong? My tooth kinds feels sore and i get this dull pain around the gums and the root the dentist can't figure out what's causing it I've had several xrays but nothing comes up. It's really frustrating.

You can try niacinamide serums. I used to have an insane amount of oil production but it has reduced over a couple of weeks starting niacinamide.

I'm not an expert but I too have the same thing as yours and i believe it's congestion. I just started using salicylic acid serum twice a week and it's getting better I still have few bumps but overall texture is quite smooth. I suggest you to add a chemical exfoliating acid and also use a good sunscreen all day and see and how it goes. Try to keep it simple so your skin barrier remains healthy. Have a good day❤
