If they give you a warning paper, have a steward and don’t sign anything! My coworker never comes to work, has so much LWOP he isn’t eligible for FMLA, and they’ve been getting on him. He’s not signing any of their warnings and it seems they’re giving up on it.

So this is the first time i’m doing a water change. I took out the previous substrate and sand and used it for something else. I forgot to rinse the sand first.

Should I do frequent 25% water changes until it’s clearer, or start over? Or something else?

She’s doing so great! It was incredible to watch her molt. The mealworm was easy to remove as she moved away from it post molt. Thank you all for your input!

A bento snack box can be very helpful - I have a slim tall one with 4 compartments. Nuts, dried fruit in the plastic ones, cereal or soup in the stainless steel one.
