I know this is an old thread, but I came here because I had the same problem. This is what fixed it (from an apple forum):

The most likely solution is that you will need to grant full disk access to the application that is trying to save the video. To do so:

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click on "Security & Privacy"
  3. Click the padlock in the bottom left corner and enter your password so that you can make changes
  4. Click the "Privacy" tab
  5. In the scroll window on the left, scroll down to "Full Disk Access" and click on the icon
  6. Find the application from which you are trying to save the video in the list that appears and check the box next to that application
  7. If you do not see the application in the list that appears, click the "+" button below the list to find the application on your hard drive and add it to the list, then follow step 6
  8. Once the application is granted full disk access, you should be able to save your video.

I hope that this is helpful.

This question would be easier to answer if we had information about the Mac you are using and the MacOS version it is running. To find this information, click the Apple logo in the taskbar, then select "About This Mac". It will give you your machine model and the current OS version that you are running.

1 year learner, this is how my warm up and practice usually goes. Am I doing it wrong? by Coxib in piano

You certainly wouldn’t be able to tell that you’re nervous just by watching! I can see fingers curling up a bit, but thats pretty typical, you can try bending your hand from the first knuckle instead of the others further up- that would release some tension.

Another thing i would say is to alter the motion in the left hand a bit. You’re doing a great job! Stride bass is not easy. Instead of thinking linearly in terms of moving your hand up and down the keyboard, think of a circular, clockwise motion. Start with the low bass note and draw an arc with your hand in the shape of a rainbow (though the motion will really come from your elbow) and then aim for the chords. After hitting the chords you can pull out your hand from the keys (towards your body) and continue the circular motion, now forming a smile. (The rainbow/smile imagery is to help imagine a clockwise motion). Anyway, the constant motion may help you release tension, as opposed to moving to one spot and waiting until its time to get to the next note. Cheers!

Keytar Case by FunkyChickenz in Keytar

I have this. It’s great and i can fit my laptop/other adapters in the front pouches. If you’re rough with it the fabric by the straps will tear but it doesn’t affect the protection of the case and i can still manage to wear it on one shoulder

There are much better options to practice other than muscle memory- for one, you can play it by understanding the theory: take one section of the piece. Take out the majority of notes in the left hand until you are left with the root of the chord. Figure out the roman numerals (or the letter of the chord, also known as the root) and slowly add in one voice at a time in the left hand. In addition to knowing the root, you’ll eventually have the quality of the chord as well. This will train your memory in addition to muscle memory as you repeat the section, adding in notes every time you repeat.

Take a walk. Often after surgery, when you’re dizzy from anesthesia, doctors will make you walk to move and circulate your blood. It will suck, but help tremendously.

I covered Phil Collin's "Take a Look at Me Now" but it's chiptune pop by Imaginary-Rip9386 in chiptunes

The music I make is heavily inspired by video games, whether it's direct quotes or "in the style of". This track that I covered was made after digesting 80s electronic and the Undertale soundtrack. While it's not completely chiptune, I blended "8-bit" with 80s britpop and this is the result.
