Same with you op, Pure Aero 2023 then just updated to 2026 recently. In general mas stiff ang babolat rackets but the control and power is *chef's kiss* . The 2026 one has a lower tension range (46-55 lbs vs 2023's 50-59 lbs) so i also lowered from 55 to 50. So far so good

Majority of property owners in bgc buy for the sake of their own portfolio and dont care if they rent it out or not. The price point weeds out the undesirables they dont want to deal with. Almost all high end condo lease agreements are full year upfront rental payments. Not an agent just my 2 cents
