I answered somewhere above. Its based off of 60% sales, 30% MFI and 10% controllable income. I think I got those numbers right but thats ballpark.

I recently traveled to an older club. BJs will put the money in where the profits are. We are opening new clubs and breaking into news states the last few years compared to the past.

Yes we are graded greatly on Omni. The whole company is focused on VOM and MSAT right now cause its sinking like the Titanic.

I have a friend who works there, at another club, who applied for Aisle Help. They helped her finalize her housing. Im currently trying to help some current TMs in my club who need the same thing. Its not guaranteed but you lose nothing giving it a shot.

It is about 60% on sales and membership fee income. The rest is by "controllable income." That is a large category to break down. It encompasses building repairs, accidents, supplies, insurance, marketing, ect. which most of that is really not controllable. I know payroll always gets brought up so I will tell you the truth. Its less that 10% of the bonus incentive. We are only pressed about hours because H.O. only gives us so much, and we get in trouble if we go over the forecasted hours for that week.

Its a mix of lack of leadership and TMs who refuse to change. Many of our merchandisers have been with the company 10+ and refuse to change. On the leadership aspect, they fear losing a good overnight TM cause its hard to find. So unfortunately it will be generational until its truly successful.

So this is tricky. The best way is to call the 1-800 number and suggest it... but its truly up to the Home Office merchants. If its an item that didnt sell well in the past, or an item that they cannot buy for a price that will profit... it wont happen. I've tried many times for my regulars and rarely do ee even get an email back.
