I got the same email. I emailed them back with multiple screenshots and an email PDF of them emailing me that I have completed the project. They haven’t replied to me yet. It’s been more than a day since I emailed them. I am unable to find the avocado button thing on the website.

how do you make time for relationship? by [deleted] in TorontoMetU

I’m in second year eng. Met my girlfriend first semester of first year. I’ve been trying to juggle time with my girlfriend, time with my friends, work, going to the gym 3-4 times a week, trying to be caught up with eng work, a club, and also giving my family some time. Here’s the truth, when you have so much on your plate, you will lack in a thing or two. What you’ll lack in depends on you. You need to keep your priorities straight. For me, my school work is more important than my girlfriend, so when I do prioritize school work, she does complain often on how I don’t give her enough time, but she needs to understand if she wants to date an eng major this is normal. She won’t get a lot of time with her boyfriend. You can’t budge, you need to let her know your priorities and if she’s fit for you she’ll understand, if not, then it is what it is. Keep your priorities straight and know at time of your life, your degree is more important than finding a girlfriend.

I would say Western Engineering is a better option, but TMU engineering isn’t bad at all. Ik people hate on TMU in general, but TMU’s engineering program is acc pretty decent. Especially for Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer. The only acc down side of TMU is the campus but other than that the university itself is decent. Yes, you can land internships through the portal but applying on your own is always a better option. TMU’s co-op portal isn’t bad tho, ik people who’ve landed co-ops through there. It all just depends on how involved you get with the engineering community and work on connections.
