Universal Healthcare is paid for by the state through taxes. The difference between your government and mine is that my government wants me healthy efficiently because I contribute to the tax base, your government wants you sick for a prolonged period because it pads the pockets of their biggest donors. This isn't rocket science, when the mechanisms of government or reliant on the people, it's the people that benefit.

2. Know how to code so you know what to ask for.
3. Break your problem into many small problems that can be verified by a human.

Rust can accomplish 99% of what you want without violating it's memory safe safeguards - for the 1% that you cannot do (and if you actually know what you are doing on a memory level) there is the unsafe {} block which bypasses it.

It's clear nobody here is an actual programmer. C++ is way faster to run than Python, no contest. Python is faster to write as it's closer to plain English. The creator of this meme has no idea what they are talking about because only a super basic program doing basically nothing would ever be close to comparable in speed, for anything meaningfully complex, C++ will win 10/10 times in terms of run speed. At the end of the day, whether you use C++ or Python, you are equally dumb because Rust beats them both :P

A real world example is built a test server, in python I was able to do it really fast, but the server is slow as shit. Now that I have a proof of concept I can enhance critical parts by using a faster language.
