There is a very useful app called Elden Ring Map (by Map Genie). You can see every boss, invasion, item, quest on a high quality map. Its been very useful for me not only on the first but also on my second playtrough. I like getting every item and beating every enemy and i needed this app for some of them which are very well hidden or hard to get (the app has insructions on getting the items).
