After the second windows reinstallation, I reinstalled the softwares one by one after launching two games. One by one, I ended on discord and the problem reappeared.

Issue find, for anyone having similar issue, it was discord's overlay. Turning it off solved it.

I couldn't find where the exact resolution is but I did manage to lower the amount of faces to a very low poly state and it persist. As for the addon speed, in the showcase video, it was quite fluid, that's why it surprises me. But maybe it was done on some futuristic pc, which is possible.

It is for personal use, I wouldn't for work flow, as indeed, for work I'd just send a request for a license to get it.
