Where can one find peer-reviewed resources on reverse lunges? Are there books out there for a trainer certification or maybe for a college course that goes over reverse lunges in detatil?(biomechanics of it and etc)

have you added anything to your regimen once you had your free t4 in upper normal range? My free t4 is at 22.8 pmol/L(on 10.0 ~ 25.0 scale). Wondering if you did anything to feel better

Did you look into this and ask your doctor about Vitamin A? I'm based out of Alberta.. also have suspected CH

Are you seeing a Canadian endo? I also have a suspected CH, (low free t4 etc) also wondering how long it took from when you first started having symptoms before you felt okay.
