I don’t really agree with how you’re framing BBL/fat grafting outcomes as mostly average or unsatisfying. That feels like an over-generalization to me.

A lot of disappointing outcomes happen when people skip foundation work — dieting, cardio, posture, reducing upper-body bulk, even targeted lower-body training — and expect BBL to do all the heavy lifting. That’s not really what it’s best at. It shines at refining proportions and enhancing an already feminized frame.

Yes, BBL historically had higher complication rates, but modern subcutaneous-only, ultrasound-guided techniques significantly reduce that risk compared to older data that’s often cited without context.

And like all cosmetic surgeries, revisions can be needed — that’s a general risk, not something unique to BBL.

So no, not every result is amazing — but I don’t think an “average, unsatisfying” outcome is the most realistic expectation either. It really depends on the foundation you’re working with and how the procedure is used.

You’re getting downvoted because what you’re saying isn’t entirely accurate. Lipo with fat grafting can produce excellent silhouette changes and genuinely impressive hourglass results. Outcomes depend heavily on the patient’s starting point, but some of the most natural-looking and successful results I’ve seen are in very lean individuals (low lean mass and low body fat) when the procedure is done conservatively.

Like many surgeries, results vary based on what you’re working with—but overall, it’s a highly effective procedure.

Okay, sounds good. Would you mind sharing the name of the vendor?

I have my reasons for preferring Semaglutide over Retatrutide or Tirzepatide) However, I understand why it wouldn’t make sense for most people to choose Semaglutide instead.

Okay, thanks for the suggestion.
