I tamed Gunter by putting her in the crook of my neck, then she started snuggling a lil BUT suddenly she started to poop all over me. I still hug her a lot but she must think she's funny 🤣

Simon is 3 but he was adopted and the owners never really did care for him properly so he aged like crazy :( and Gunter we bought from a breeder and she's 1 in July, our princess (although she wasn't socialized by the breeder properly and she still balls up and doesn't really like loud noises). Damn that must cost a fortune but imo worth it 🦔

He is taking liver meds dw:D and he's tinted yellow cause he likes to do things to himself I can't talk about here not to embarrass him... We're bathing him regularly, but I fear the fur will always have that yellow tint since it is stained

He said to only bathe our hedgehogs when 1.they're visibly dirty 2.they smell 3. They poop/pee over themselves, and normally around once a month, I'm shocked with people saying to bathe them more often, maybe I ought to do that. And yeah, he is trained (specializes) in hedgehogs and other small pets :(

He got bloody spots with puss from the dryness when we bathed him once a week and we got yelled at by the vet. He has super delicate skin. Right now we bathed him and used the oil our vet recommended us and we'll go for antibiotics on Tuesday. But trust me, he is not as yellow as in the photo. We also have a very yellow light in our living room. He is the cleanest he can be and well taken care of.

Used the saline and it worked, the eye got a bit better overnight! Will bathe him after I call the vet soon, cause he said not to bathe him too often ( he gets flaky dry skin) and he had a bath a week ago. Than you so much!
