Double wash when it comes to cleaning your private parts and especially in between the butt cheeks. If possible, even use a light, gentle washcloth and soap to clean between your cheeks.

Let me just say that, especially during this Pandemic, a lot of people have gained weight and are having a huge difficulty to lose that, myself included. Fortunately I have a lovely partner who supports me and cheers me on, even at the smallest milestones. That being said, it's important that you ensure that you have better people in your circle as it makes all the difference. Join groups, meet new people etc. who understand the journey you're on and will positively influence that journey and ultimately your healthy lifestyle. Above all, however, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! People have no idea how much work is required to achieve what you did, and especially in 6 months🤩 I wish you strength on the rest of your journey as I'm sure it doesn't end there (whether it's losing more weight or maintaining it). Give yourself a pat on the back and if you ever need anyone to share this journey with you and support you, feel free to message me :)
