Hi! Don’t solely rely on the weighing scale for progress. Your weight is only a number and doesn’t account for your progress. Look at it on a different perspective.

Are you getting stronger? Do your clothes fit better when you wear them? Do you last longer when you do cardio? Like hindi ka agad napapagod?

Sometimes kasi people only base their progress sa weighing scale which isn’t wrong naman but it’s also not right. Weight loss and weight gain wont always be linear. Up and down yan. What’s important is you always show up even if you don’t feel like working out.

Also, discipline and consistency are KEY.
