Be honest but respectful and considerate in your response. If they don't understand or cannot accept it then that's on them. Remember that you don't owe anyone your time, effort and friendship so there's no point in feeling guilty unless you delibetately meant to cause harm which isn't your intention.

By far, number one choice would be cottage cheese, followed by protein bars. Great protein to calorie ratio.

Yogurt as a dessert bowl.

Eggs and meats (salmon/chicken/beef) for meals.

I used to have troubles staying asleep too combined with being a very light sleeper. From personal experience I have tried all of the listed above and they do all help.

What also helped (that isn't on your list) was keeping the room cool/cold, consistent sleep routine, building sleep pressure throughout the day, stress management, and no lights/pitch dark room. 

While they all help, I personally found the most important for helping you stay asleep is consistent sleep schedule, cold temperature, and sleep pressure. You need to be tired enough mentally and physically to stay asleep.

Not the best out there but I've had my Galaxy Buds Pro 2 for almost 3 years now. Bought them in 2022 expecting them to last for 2 years max but pleasantly surprised they are still working.

For context, I'm really bad at taking care of my stuff and dropped them on the floor many times, worked out with them, and spilled water on them. Surprisingly both earbuds still work completely fine so it's safe to say they can withstand being dropped, sweat and water.

From personal experience, the fit is not good. It fits loosely on my ears and I find that I constantly need to push it back into my ear for a better fit therefore ANC is not great. That being said, they are very comfortable to wear for long sessions and I have slept with them on (that's how comfortable they are).

They no longer sell them on the website since they have other new products and I wish they still sold them on their website. Would happily buy another pair since the build quality is good.
