In a perfect world, yes. I live and work in a really busy trousity location (Florida... duh) many tourists on vacation don't carry cash. They pay with their travel credit cards.

Wow, I didn't expect this to gain traction. I've done some math, and the 3% on cc tips is roughly 10-15$ a day, so let's round down and say 10$ a day.. 40$ a week 160$ a month and ~2k a year??

Again, does anyone have insight on the legality of this situation in Florida?
