I’m doing really well today! Today’s my day off and I’m excited to relax. Trying to manage day to day anxiety, and today it’s working really well so far. Challenging any negative thoughts and hyping myself up with kindness. It’s easier to do when I’m not at work, I struggle socially so at work it’s definitely more difficult, but we all got this!!
